As I begin writing to you, Roses are Red, Violets are Blue, keeps running through my head, as it is Valentine’s Day and I have been transported back into my school days, where the thoughts of the world and my environment were limited by my age and experience. I still see myself skipping around the school playground, being joyous and full of Love. Now in reality my body does not seem to skip about as well as it once did, but my mind does. I read somewhere that the brain is the only part of our body that does not age.
Those feelings of Joy and Love are still in my heart, they have not aged either, since they are a feeling and not a body part. I send them out to all with whom I come in contact, with every beat of my heart.
Valentine’s Day is known as a day of Love, thanks to Hallmark, and advertising. I know there were some Saint Valentine’s along the way with stories passed down from centuries long ago, and not to diminish what they did in history I suggest that we not only send Love on Valentine’s Day, but every day.
May your day and every tomorrow be filled with Light and Love.

The Body Mind Spirit Guide
Life is a gift, but it often feels like a pain in the back side! How can you keep the awareness of the gift?
First of all remember that you are an eternal being and that, whatever is going on right now is only a brief moment in your reality. I know that in your experience it feels like an eternity, but practice remembering that it just a tiny speck in eternity! Whether it is your favorite thing or your least favorite, it will cycle out of your present experience and reappear again in a new form. Like day and night, we have to surrender to each moment and trust that the next experience will be exactly what we need.
Remembering that you are an eternal part of The All That Is helps you to remember that so is everyone and everything else. Nothing is Wrong! It is sometimes confusing when you look at the world because your mind has trouble understanding how it is possible that things are exactly as they should be.
At our current level of evolution this life is a gym. It is a muscle builder. Going to the gym is not everyone’s favorite thing, but what we like are the results. We develop a body that we enjoy being in. That is exactly what your God Self is doing in this world. Your eternal self is building a body (your soul is the body of learning you have built through all your incarnations) which will allow You to live as a focus of divine consciousness in an individual, enlightened form. Once you have built that soul, it will go wherever you need it to and be with you forever. Until then, keep working out! Each time you get a new muscle, celebrate! Reward yourself for your good work and enjoy the benefits of your increasingly empowered and enlightened soul!
There is a change coming around the bend. For more than half of our world, we are in an ascension process. We have built most of the muscles that are needed through this world gym of ours and are moving into the next phase of our evolution, where our bodies and souls are ascending to a higher vibration which will allow our divine consciousness to increasingly live within our human experience. Like all rebirths, it is preceded by a letting go of what has been in order to make room for what will be. So when you see the old structures of your life falling away, remember that Nothing is Wrong! You can focus your energies on giving thanks for the new experience that God in you is creating in our world. It is exciting! It is the adventure of life. It is a gift.
Being a Healer

Why did you become a healer? I hear many different answers to this question like wanting to help a loved one or “it’s my spiritual path”. But most healers respond by explaining their need to heal themselves. And many say that once they found ways to heal themselves they wanted to help others heal. Helping others heal can give us a sense purpose, maybe even a reason for why we needed healing, a Divine lesson in order to learn the tools needed to help others.
Regardless of why we become healers, it is important to know, and what many teachers of healing do not teach, is that we do not heal others, we facilitate others in their own healing process. If someone does not want to be healed, whether they are conscious of it or not, they will not be healed. And we must always ask for and receive permission to facilitate that healing process. It doesn’t matter what healing modality we use, Reiki, Vortex, Matrix, Color, or even Spiritual Counseling, Hypnotherapy, or Psychotherapy, etc., permission must be given. When we are unable to physically ask for permission, like a natural disaster in another part of the world or the person is unconscious, we may send healing energy to the person’s higher self for them to use in whatever way best fits their needs.
Working without permission, or working from a need to heal others, places us out of accordance with free will, and creates karma for ourselves. When we come from a place of forcing our own beliefs of what and how a person needs to heal or with a specific outcome in mind, we are working from ego. We are no longer being of service or continuing our own healing. We are serving ourselves.
When working with others, we must get permission, put ourselves aside and be totally present for the person we are working with. It is not about us, it is about using the tools we have learned to be of service to others.
We have chosen to be here now, as healers, for a reason. The world needs healers. The world needs you, you as a channel of Divine unconditional love and healing energy. Use the tools you have learned for personal healing and use those tools to facilitate others in their own healing process.
