Sat. Sept. 26th 9am to 6pm Beginning Tarot Class Learn the Major Arcana, the Minor Arcana, and various spreads, layouts and other ways to use the Tarot. Bring any deck you want; we will also have a variety of decks available with which to practice.

          Class will be taught by Rev. Sue Wilhite, Master Voyager Tarot Consultant, and author of “21 Templates that Run Your World.” Sue has been working with and teaching the Tarot for over 20 years. This is her last Tarot Workshop of the year, so don’t miss it!

                You will be responsible for your own lunch.

Sun. Sept. 27th 1pm to 4pm Acupressure for Sciatic Pain learn more with Michael Berry. How to reduce or eliminate chronic BUTT PAIN with acupressure and gentle stretches. Chronic tension in this area results in problems ranging from migraines to foot cramps and beyond. Sun. Sept. 27th Eve of Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement) To re-establish oneness with God, Jews ask forgiveness and forgive others. Then can they confess their sins and ask God’s forgiveness.

Mon. – Sept. 28th 7:00 to 8:30pm Gentle Yoga Intro to Magical Ones with Krishnapriya (Laura Marshall). A theme for each week’s class. Doing specific asanas (poses) that benefit a part of the back. The Magical Ones are reviewed in each session to round out the practice. Pranayama (Breathing) exercises-and Guided Meditation in every class. FIRST CLASS ALWAYS FREECOME TRY IT AT NO COSThttp://yogadevi09@yahoo.com.
